In the 2010 National Customer Service Awards Rackspace won two prestigious awards for the “Front Line Customer Service Team” and the highest honour “Customer Service Team of the Year”!
This was a great awards event with over 150 organisations like Rackspace, American Express, Lloyds, Ford, T-Mobile and Johnson & Johnson nominated for the big prizes. Rackspace was really proud to take home these 2 awards and in addition, we are also the first organisation to win the overall Customer Service Team of the Year two years in a row.
In the customer service team category our Intensive System Administrator Team were pitched against the likes of Eon, Experian, RAC Breakdown and RBS Group. For the Top award they fought off stiff competition from big names such as LV(Liverpool Victoria) and EDF.
